School Rules & Regulations
General Rules
- We maintain appreciative and respectful interactions with one another.
- Students are responsible for their own property. The school is not liable for losses.
- Teachers and students make sure that the classes begin and end on time.
- Usage of electronic devices, such as smart phones, is not permitted in the classroom.
Inside / Outside the Classroom
- We take care of the furniture, the building and the surroundings.
- Everyone is responsible for any damage that they cause.
- Anyone who notices or causes any damage to the school property should report it to the teacher or school administration.
- Usage of food and beverages is not permitted in the classrooms, as well as in the corridors and staircases.
- Drinking water from sealable containers is permitted in the classroom.
School Attendance
- Students are expected to attend school regularly. Reasons must be given for any absences.
- For foreseeable absences the school administration must be informed as early as possible.
- Arrival in the classroom after the class has begun is considered tardiness. Tardiness will be noted in a list by the teacher. With frequent tardiness the school administration will contact the student’s parents.
- Withdrawal from the school is done in person or in writing to the school administration.
Code of Conduct
- Parents must ensure that the students behave in school premises.
- Parents must ensure that the break room is left clean and tidy.
- The school administration is not responsible for events planned and conducted by parents outside of school hours.
- The school management is available for any questions and concerns.
School Fees & Payment
- School fees can be paid either at the beginning of the school year in full amount or per semester. The paid amount is not refundable.
- School fees cannot be refunded in case of absences, including illness, vacation, statutory holidays or force majeure.
- A trial class is possible before official registration. After three trial school days the school fees are due.
